Search for the event for which you’d like to exchange tickets and then contact the ticket holder directly to inquire about an exchange.
Please note that it is up to the two parties involved to make arrangements to swap tickets. Do not contact the Box Office to reprint swapped tickets.
- You can choose to meet somewhere or mail the tickets.
- You can drop off your paper tickets at the box office to leave at Will Call (Symphony Hall box office hours are listed here).
- Do not contact the Box Office to reprint swapped tickets. The Box Office will not reprint swapped tickets.
- If you chose mobile ticketing for the season, log in to your account at tickets.bso.org, and follow instructions to share tickets using someone’s cell number.
- Note that photos/screenshots of mobile tickets will NOT work for entry as the barcode is dynamic and will change just prior to the start of the event.
- This site is provided as a courtesy to subscribers. Symphony Hall and the Boston Speakers Series are not involved in the exchange of tickets.

User Submissions

We are not involved in the actual transaction between individuals. As a result, we have no control over the truth or accuracy of the listings. You assume all risks associated in dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Ticket Swap Forum.
